We decided to spend Christmas in Charleston which made it our first time back to South Carolina since 2015. It was Liam's first time ever and Dan didn't remember since he was so little when we moved. We had lots of fun with grandma and papa.
First we had to get there though. We decided to drive since we had to bring Christmas back with us. We made the 32 hour drive in one shot. We took turns driving and sleeping. New Mexico and Arizona were the biggest states but for me Arkansas felt super long.

On our first day we had the best weather! It was chilly but it was sunny so we took the boys downtown. They got to see the battery, the yorktown, the ocean and the pineapple. The boys thought the cobblestone streets were super cool.
