Daniel's Birthday

 Daniel's birthday was on Sunday this year and he was so excited to be able to go to church on his birthday. He loved that he got to go to primary. We made it an airplane birthday! His favorite part were the balloons. Daniel loves airplanes! Grandma made him his cookie cake and he loved it. We opened presents right after church so he had all afternoon to play with his new toys. He loves having his little airport!

We love you Dan! He already says being 7 is better than being 6 :) I think he had a great day! He's growing up too fast but its fun to watch him learn and grow!

Liam is so smart and sweet. He gives the best hugs and kisses. He loves music and he loves to color. He is getting good at writing and his numbers. He still loves cars, trucks and helicopters. He LOVES his puppy more than anything and he also loves little Dolly who lives next door. 

He loves to talk and have conversations.  He isn't as adventurous as Dan, he gets so excited when he finally is able to do something hard. He is very determined and focused. He has a great laugh and smile.

Beach trip

 We went back to Huntington Beach this past weekend. It was a beautiful day! 

The boys had so much fun! Daniel is a little fish and loved playing in the ocean. Liam had no interest in the water but he loved building sandcastles and digging holes. He even let me bury him in the sand. 

After the beach we went to the hotel to get cleaned up and then we went down to Hollywood Blvd for dinner. We went to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner and we walked the walk of fame and found the star for Winnie the Pooh. 

mom and liam's birthday

 Liam and I had a fun birthday this year. My mom was visiting and the boys really loved having grandma here for their birthdays. I don't remember the last time I spent my birthday with my mom so it was fun for me too. 

We started the day early at Seven Magic Mountains. 

After the cool rocks we went to the strip and took Liam to Crystal's to see the water tornados. We also explored the strip a little together since it wasn't too hot. Last we got yummy treats at the Hershey store. 

Liam opened all his presents and really loved his firetruck. Then we had a yummy birthday cake! Liam had wanted a finding dory party so his cake had swedish fish on it. Such a great birthday for our little guy! We love you Liam!
