Ice Castle

 At the end of January we went up to Utah. We wanted to visit our friends Teri and Michael and go see the ice castle. We spent the morning looking for snow but Utah is really dry but we were lucky to find a little in Heber. 

Then we met up with Teri and Michael for lunch at a cute train restaurant, Dairy Keen. 

Liam was so cute and wanted to be Teri's buddy all day. He even wanted to ride in their car everywhere we went. Daniel went too and they loved it!

We had fun at the ice castle. It was cold but so pretty. They had ice slides which were lots of fun and super fast. 

We spent the rest of the day at Teri and Michael's. We had fun with them but we also had fun with their dog Dixie. Daniel had a lot of fun with Dixie. He played frisbee with her and hide and seek. 

Cousins

 While we were in Utah we decided to visit my cousin Chad, his wife Amanda and their kids. The boys had so much fun playing with cousins and Mike and I had fun catching up with Chad and Amanda. 

100 Days of School

 At the end of January, the boys celebrated the milestone of being in school for 100 days which for Liam is really just 100 days. Liam got to make a fun shirt and he decided on 100 balloons like in Up. Then he got to be an old man on Friday. He didn't want to dress up when he woke up that morning but at the last moment before we had to leave, he changed his mind, so we quickly changed his clothes, but I didn't have time to do his hair. Luckily his teacher had grey hair spray and texted me to see if he could have some, so he did have gray hair at school.
