giant staircase

We took grandma and papa to the giant staircase so they could see the ocean. It was a beautiful day. J was able to get pictures of boats and the beautiful blue ocean. The boys of course threw rocks in the water and had so much fun doing it. We got to the gully as the tide was coming in so we got to throw rocks until the water really started coming in fast. Daniel loved finding rocks to climb on to stay away from the water.

The only downside to the trip- Daniel hitting me in the head with a rock (on accident of course)

exploring and books

The boys have had lots of fun going exploring with grandma and grandpa all over our yard.

They've done lots of book reading and snuggling :) Grandma also showed the boys how to make paper fish :) Liam loves to call them his Nemo's. I can't believe I only had one picture of dan reading books with grandma because they read everyday and they've read so many books!

papa J birthday

We got to celebrate J's birthday with him while he and grandma were in Maine. We went exploring in the morning trying to see some mountains and fall colors. It was really pretty but not super colorful yet.

We also had homemade apple pie, homemade pizza and got cupcakes for the boys. Mike and J watched BYU win and then we watched Jumanji.

swinging bridge

We went on a fun walk on the swinging bridge. We were hoping to see some fall colors but the leaves hadn't quite started to change yet. We did see a little red though :)
