BYU

 We love any chance to go support and cheer for BYU. So when they were playing in Vegas we went to a little party the night before the game. We got some free stuff, a cougar tail (YUM!), the boys played on slides and we all got to meet Cosmo!

First Day of School

 The boys started school on August 9 at Signature Prep. Daniel is starting 2nd grade and Liam is starting Kindergarten. 

When we got to school Daniel jumped out and ran right into the school. We got to walk Liam in which I think was not a good idea. We took him to the gym to meet his teacher and at first he was fine. Then we he saw we were going to leave he started crying. We finally just had to take him to his room and leave him crying which made me feel horrible. He ended up having a wonderful day though! Daniel had a great first day too!

Last summer california trip

 At the beginning of August we took the boys to California one last time before they went back to school. We went to to the LA Museum of Natural History which was fun and we went to the beach for the afternoon. Again, Daniel was a fish and Liam never left the sand but that's fine. 

THe beach was a bit chilly for me. It was windy so I was wrapped in a towel most of the time there until the wind died down. It was still fun though and really relaxing.
