We left super early on Saturday morning and we were all excited. The boys had had a countdown chain for over a month and counted how many sleeps until our trip. Grandma Kate was with us so we had a full car. I was in the back with the boys on the first day. Grandma Kate had brought presents for the boys to get in the car to give them something to look forward to. They ended up getting one every hour or so which was great for them. The first one they got was a coloring book with a "magic" marker that changed colors at different areas of the page. They thought it was super cool! They also got a white board to draw on, some stickers and books. Thank you Grandma Kate!
We made a couple stops along the drive. First we stopped in Springville, UT to get donuts at Macey's and then we stopped in Pocatello for lunch at Arby's before finishing our drive to Rexburg. When we got to Rexburg we did a little driving tour because it had been a while since we'd all been there and then took the boys to Porter Park. This was their first time to a playground in months because of covid and they couldn't have been more excited!

After playing for a while we drove back to Idaho Falls to our airbnb which was very nice. We got some food and just relaxed for the night.
