We took the boys to their first water park a couple weeks ago. Daniel loved it so much! He went down two slides with Mike. One on his belly and the other in an innertube. He never wanted to leave!
Liam was scared of the water. It took him a while to get in the water. He finally went down a little slide in the kid area and he was super proud of himself. Then he was confident and never wanted to leave the kid area where he was pretending to be a dolphin.
This year it was just the 4 of us for the 4th of July. We had a quiet day at home. Liam is scared of fireworks so we didn't watch or do any. Daniel stayed up and watched fireworks in his room and Liam stayed with Mike and I on the couch being scared of fireworks. I didn't mind the snuggles though. It was a fun day.
I love the new cruella movie and when we went to Downtown Disney we saw they had the car from the movie set up. Cool!
The boys have loved having snuggle time in the mornings lately. One morning we decided to capture the fun on camera! I love my boys!
We all love Mike! The boys were very excited to make special presents for daddy on father's day. Daniel helped me make the traditional German pancakes for breakfast and Liam made toast for daddy with strawberry jam.
We love you Mike! You're an awesome dad and husband! Thank you for everything you do for us! We would be lost without you!
Daniel's birthday was on Sunday this year and he was so excited to be able to go to church on his birthday. He loved that he got to go to primary. We made it an airplane birthday! His favorite part were the balloons. Daniel loves airplanes! Grandma made him his cookie cake and he loved it. We opened presents right after church so he had all afternoon to play with his new toys. He loves having his little airport!
We love you Dan! He already says being 7 is better than being 6 :) I think he had a great day! He's growing up too fast but its fun to watch him learn and grow!

Liam is so smart and sweet. He gives the best hugs and kisses. He loves music and he loves to color. He is getting good at writing and his numbers. He still loves cars, trucks and helicopters. He LOVES his puppy more than anything and he also loves little Dolly who lives next door.
He loves to talk and have conversations. He isn't as adventurous as Dan, he gets so excited when he finally is able to do something hard. He is very determined and focused. He has a great laugh and smile.

We went back to Huntington Beach this past weekend. It was a beautiful day!
The boys had so much fun! Daniel is a little fish and loved playing in the ocean. Liam had no interest in the water but he loved building sandcastles and digging holes. He even let me bury him in the sand.
After the beach we went to the hotel to get cleaned up and then we went down to Hollywood Blvd for dinner. We went to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner and we walked the walk of fame and found the star for Winnie the Pooh.
