Daniel has grown so much in the last year. Between preschool, moving, primary and his vocabulary exploding he has grown up a lot.
- Daniel loves being outside! He loves going to the playground, picking flowers, finding sticks and rocks and throwing rocks in water. He also loves playing with his lawnmower and telling me he wants the grass to go away.
- Daniel says some funny things these days. One thing he says is "hot is in my eyes!" (the sun is in his eyes) Dan has been talking so much more in the past few months. He's gotten better at being able to talk things out and tell us whats wrong instead of just reacting. He doesn't always do it but more than he used to.
- Daniel still loves books! He reads all the time. Just about every morning he tells me he wants to go sit in the living room and read books. He'll read just about everything but he loves Winnie the Pooh, Thomas and Friends, Curious George and just about anything that is about teddy bears or cars, trucks, trains and airplanes.
- Daniel loves trains but he calls them Choo choos. He also loves boats and airplanes. He even told me he wants to be a train driver when he grows up.
- Daniel has been doing preschool and he loves it! He's doing really well with his letters, shapes and counting.
- Dan is still a good helper around the house. He likes to help clean and he's one of the only 4 year olds I know who likes to make his bed because he likes to make it nice.
- Daniel is a sweet boy and it very sensitive and emotional. That means that he is very easily overwhelmed. Lately the issue has been that if he doesn't get to do something the way he wants then we have to start over. Mostly though we can stop it before it gets that far.
We love you Daniel! You are a smart, crazy, silly, sweet and brave boy! We love how sweet and brave you are. We love your hugs and kisses and we love talking to you. Happy Birthday sweetie!
