We got there early and did face painting first before the lines got long. Daniel asked for a ghost but she turned him into a ghost. I thought it was a bit much but he loved it! Liam asked for a pumpkin and the lady who did his was so sweet and explained everything she was doing and even added cobwebs when he said he wanted them too.
When we first went into the carnival Dan got on the slide right away and loved it. Then we had him help Liam go up. It was a long way up. They went down together and Liam was smiling but that was the only slide he did. After that one he refused to even go on the little ones. Daniel loved every slide though!
They had a small petting zoo too with goats, chickens and ducks. The boys both petted goats but Liam really loved chasing the ducks and saying "I'm going to get you"
They also had a train! This made the boys very happy. We all got to ride it together :) Liam really loved waving to everyone we passed.
We also did a "corn" maze. It was really just a blow up maze that you walked through with pictures of corn. We all went through together first and then Daniel wanted to go through alone. So we sent him in alone and he made it out! He was super proud of himself!
Daniel loved all the rides too. He would've spent all day on the swings if he could have. Liam only went on the corn flyer ride because I went too. I got a few cute pictures of Liam though while Dan rode the rides.
The boys also played the game where you throw the ball to knock down the bottles. Dan got all his bottles and Liam got 3! So they got prizes. Dan wanted a fireman hat and Liam got a little toy. We also had a yummy lunch of hot dogs, chips and cookies!
We also got to pick a pumpkin (and we actually let the boys each get one) and we got some cute pictures of the boys. Mike and I both completely forgot to get a family picture though.
Before we left we got balloon animals for the boys. Daniel wanted a dinosaur and Liam was very specific and asked for a red puppy (she even made the puppy a leash :)
Such a fun day!! Now we're even more excited for Halloween!
