Liam's Birthday Party

Liam had a wonderful 1st birthday! We had a Finding Dory party for him. He got to have friends here and lots of family. My parents were here, his grandma Kate and his Aunt Stacey. I loved decorating for his party. Liam loved the balloons and the food was all so yummy!

I ordered Liam's cake but I made 2 other cakes for his party. My mom decorated them and I thought they turned out great!

We had a lot of fun with our friends who were able to make it. The kids had fun playing with Liam's new toys. Liam wasn't too interested in opening his presents and Dan was a bit too interested. I think he thought that the presents were for him so he got pretty upset when he couldn't do it himself. Liam did love playing with his toys though!

Next we had cake! I was super curious to see what Liam would do with his cake. When we gave Dan his for his first birthday he really didn't have any interest in it. Liam was a completely different story! He was a little confused at first about what to do with the cake but once he got his hands in that frosting he attacked his cake and made a huge mess! I loved every minute of it! He mostly made a mess but he actually ate a lot for a one year old.

Happy Birthday Liam!!! We love you so much! Your first year was so much fun and I can't wait for all the years to come and celebrating with you...my birthday buddy!!!
