when grandma and papa come to visit

The boys had a lot of fun with grandma and papa during their visit. We were all over Utah and I'm pretty sure my dad read every book we own to Daniel 30 or 40 times :) We ate lots of ice cream, played with all the boys toys and went for lots of walks.

The boys thought the dinosaur was more interesting to look at than me

We also stopped to take a picture in front of the cougar at the stadium. It was windy and chilly but the boys were good about being outside.

Daniel loved eating ice cream with grandma and papa at the creamery. Even though he got his own bowl, Daniel still asked papa for bites...I think he thought papas raspberry ice cream was tastier than his vanilla. So the last time we went, Dan got raspberry :)

When grandma asked Dan how his ice cream was Daniel's only response was that the ice cream was cold :) silly boy...he's gotta learn to take smaller bites :)

We celebrated all the May birthdays at Brick Oven during their visit. We were all sung to and my dad and I got birthday pie and Daniel got birthday ice cream. He was super excited but since he had eaten so much pizza he couldn't finish it. It was so sad and cute to see him try and look so sad when he told me 'no more mommy'. You know a kid is full when they can't even finish their ice cream.

Liam was a little flirt during dinner. He was waving and smiling at all the waitresses but especially with the little one year old girl who was behind us. It kept him entertained though :)

We went to my cousin Breanna's one day too. The boys had fun playing with their cousins. They jumped on the trampoline, colored with chalk and played on the slip n slide. Dan was apprehensive at first but ended up having a lot of fun on the slip n slide. Liam tried it out but by the time it was out he was so tired and cranky that he just snuggled with grandma.

Liam loved Joe! They were just too sweet!

Daniel could've jumped on the trampoline all day and night :)
